INTRODUCTION/GENERAL COMMENTS/PERSONALS GOALS FOR INVOLVEMENT IN COLLABORATIVE FAMILY LAW CASES:

The collaborative approach includes a team of experts to assist clients in amicably reaching agreements. Within this process, clients can save time, money, and frustration; as well as experience an increased confidence in their settlement. Research supports that collaborative settlement is reached faster than in traditional divorce negotiation. Since this process is focused on working as a team to finding solutions that support the family transition, it can reduce the emotional trauma families experience in divorce. I look forward to helping you and your family make this transition in the most effective way possible.
