Since 1996, I have established a financial services and attorney client base by providing assistance with property valuation in the areas of probate, divorce, elder law, foreclosure, real estate tax appeals and mortgage financing. Since 2008, I have restricted my practice to representing attorneys and their clients. My diverse experience has enabled me to successfully represent my valuation conclusions within the courts and before the Board of Revision in several counties.
