INTRODUCTION/GENERAL COMMENTS/PERSONAL GOALS FOR INVOLVEMENT IN COLLABORATIVE FAMILY LAW CASES:
I have worked as a divorce financial analyst since 2001. For the past 16 years, I have provided financial analysis for attorneys and their clients as they resolve their family law cases. In my work, I have seen the benefits when clients, attorneys and professionals work collaboratively to a mutually agreed-upon goal. Over my career, I have assisted in hundreds of domestic cases. My financial knowledge as to the framework of what supports a workable agreement is extensive. I believe that collaborative divorce serves a deep need toward helping clients create a new normal as their lives move forward. The respect the professionals who serve this purpose have for the process, one another and their clients is what convinces me that collaborative divorce is the best option for those who find themselves at this juncture.
