OSBA Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law

The collaborative process is by far the best marriage termination process for most people. In the vast array of collaborative cases I have handled to date since collaborative started here in Central Ohio, I have witnessed results that benefit parties and their children that would not have been possible in a litigated case. The unique foundation of the collaborative process is the transparency, privacy, and control within the process, as well as the contributions, creativity and cooperative work of the collaboratively trained professionals in each case. I am so passionate about the benefits of this process to clients, that I now handle only "litigation free" and collaborative family law cases. Just as the widely used "smart phone" is no longer seen as new, uncommon, or unnecessary, collaborative divorce is also no longer new or uncommon but has quickly become a needed process of choice for people. I invite you to review my collaborative training credentials and further information on this web site and also on my web site http://www.sponsellerlaw.com/
