INTRODUCTION/GENERAL COMMENTS/PERSONALS GOALS FOR INVOLVEMENT IN COLLABORATIVE FAMILY LAW CASES:

In my experience as an attorney, a collaborative approach benefits parties by empowering them to jointly make decisions on how to divide their assets and liabilities. My dispute resolution skills enable to me assist my clients in a collaborative law case. I sympathize with my clients and understand that going through a divorce is one of the most stressful times of his or her life. Therefore, I believe that it is important to educate my clients that the collaborative method of resolution is a great way to achieve their goals.
