Michael J. Delligatti has been practicing law in Ohio since 1988. His areas of practice include Domestic Relations; Family Law; Divorce; Dissolution, Legal Separation; Parentage; Child Custody; Companionship Rights and Shared Parenting; Child Support; Post Decree Proceedings; and Juvenile Law.  He has also argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio on Grandparent Visitation Rights.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, and his law degree from Capital University.

He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association (Family Law and Juvenile Law Committees) and Domestic Relations/Juvenile Court Task Force Committee; and the Ohio State Bar Association (Family Law Section) and Family Law Legislative Drafting Committee.  He is also a member of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association.  He has also lectured on various Family Law related issues throughout his career
