Linda F. Mosbacher has been practicing family law since her graduation from the Ohio State University School of Law in 1989.  She also holds an Ohio psychology license and is certified in school psychology.  While in law school, Ms. Mosbacher served as managing editor for The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Mosbacher was one of the founding members of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Central Ohio (now Collaborative Divorce Professionals, Inc.), and currently serves on its board of directors.  She is an accredited mediator and serves on the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, mediation accreditation committee.   She is a former adjunct faculty member of the Ohio State University, Department of Finance.  Ms. Mosbacher is a director of the Central Ohio Parent Project.  She is a board member of the Ohio Lawyers Assistance Program, and serves as board secretary.  Ms. Mosbacher has presented on the topic of the role of the guardian ad litem for the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio Judicial College, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act for the Ohio School Boards Association.  She is a member of the Columbus and the Ohio State Bar Associations.  Ms. Mosbacher has been listed in Who’s Who in American Law.
