Bobbie Corley O’Keefe graduated from Capital University Law School in 1992 with Honors and was inducted into the Order of the Curia, National Honorary Legal Society. She received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in English in 1978 and worked in communications for a number of years for various mental health and other non-profit organizations before attending law school.

Ms. O’Keefe practices with Edward F. Whipps & Associates, primarily in the area of family law and alternative dispute resolution. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and its Family Law Committee, the Collaborative Family Law Council, the Franklin County Parenting Coordinator Project, the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts, the Ohio Mediation Association, and the International Association of Holistic Lawyers.

Ms. O’Keefe has received advanced instruction in numerous civil and domestic mediation and negotiation programs and is listed with the Franklin County Domestic Relations Court as a court approved divorce mediator. In addition, Ms. O’Keefe is a volunteer attorney for the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation and is active in various charitable and religious organizations. She is also a frequent speaker regarding international adoption.
