Eric has more than 30 years of experience in the area of family law. Having both litigated and settled cases, he has come to embrace the Taoist philosophy that "to win without fighting is best," that it is better to resolve disputes in a "win-win" manner such that the dignity of all parties affected is preserved and the legitimate interests of all parties are served.
