Amy Armstrong, MSW, LSW

Out of listening comes understanding. Out of understanding comes action. Out of action comes change for the better.

Amy Armstrong

Through the collaborative divorce process, I serve as a coach to help identify and address stressors and communication issues so that the process is as personalized and efficient as possible. Both privately and in the joint meetings, I help clients deal with the "here and now" emotions of the divorce, managing difficult issues that could otherwise lead to a breakdown of the process. Additionally, I facilitate conversations to address the needs of children and work closely with the parents to create developmentally appropriate shared parenting plans. It is my goal to promote an emotionally safe, highly structured team approach to decision-making, creating the most productive atmosphere possible for reaching mutually satisfying agreements.
